July Dive Against Debris Counts

This July we conducted 4 Dive Against Debris events, continuing with our mission to clean up our house reef.

We conducted 2 events on our deeper coral strip, on July 4th where we removed 27.5kg of trash, and July 6th where we removed an additional 25.9kg. For our other events we returned to the coral patch which started this mission, removing 18.6kg of debris on July 16th and 13.9kg on July 25th.

We were even lucky enough to spot 2 Ornate Eagle Rays on July 25th while returning to shore with our trash - a beautiful thank you from the ocean for the teams hard work and dedication.

The total trash we removed from our ocean in July was 85.9kg making our total for the 30 events we have ran so far 953.7kg!
